Development and execution of a EUR 25M SME private equity investment strategy, including sourcing of suitable targets

  • Formulation and setup of PE investment strategy in lightweight materials and engineering
  • Origination of 30 and pre-qualification of 10 high return and low leveraged
  • Rigorous selection of 4 companies by pre-DD and negotiations with the entrepreneurs (succession planning) and business families
  • Signing of exclusive LOIs with three targets at attractive EBIT-multiples
  • Project leader Due Diligence incl. coordination of external advisors, and management of all DD streams (CDD, FDD, LDD, TDD, IT)
  • Integrated Business- and PE Value-Creation-Plans with detailed action items
  • Investment committee presentation, deal structuring with the legal and tax advisors
